Pocket Verdict started as a group chat where a few of us kept arguing about which mobile games were worth the storage space. Eventually the arguments turned into notes, the notes turned into reviews, and here we are with a proper site.

We are a small independent editorial team. Nobody tells us what to cover and nobody buys a score. We install a game, play it the way a normal person would over several days, and only then sit down to write. If a game bores us after twenty minutes, we say so.
